Rolling your cookie dough to an even thickness can be tricky, but we’ve got this handy little trick that anyone can try at home – just follow the steps below.
Place your cookie dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
Find 2 magazines that are the same thickness. Place each magazine under either side of your parchment.
With the edge of your rolling pin on each magazine, roll out your dough. It will roll to an even thickness, helping you make the perfect batch of cookies!
